Deforest Dewater

Oftentimes, homeowners call us when water is leaking into their basement windows or lower level walk outs. In this case, the home elevation was set low relative to the sidewalk and surrounding terrain which lead to water building up adjacent to the lower level windows and threatening to entree the home and cause water damage. We repair dozens of leaking basement problems easch year through appropriate grading and stormwater drainage approaches like French drains, curtain drains, and similar.
